1. Row Reduction
2. Column Reduction
3. Let us Give Assignment in terms of Zero Preferring Single Row
4. Let us Mark the Line
(a) Mark the Row, Which Contains no Assignment 0️⃣
(b) If this Row Contains Simple Zero [ × ], Tick that Column
(c) If this Column Contains Assignment0️⃣ , Tick that Row
5. Draw Lines through all Unticked Rows and ticked Columns
6. Take the Minimum of Remaining Elements
(a) Subtract From Uncovered elements a entries
(b) Add it to be intersection
(c) Everything Else Will Remain Same
