I‘m writing this from germany, my british friends. What times do we live in? When I grew up in the 70s and 80s an openly gay and exceptionally gifted singer called Freddie Mercury roamed the stages with a union jack flag around his shoulder. He did this because he loved the country that gave him the freedom to express his art, do what he loved and love who he wanted. He entertained us with timeless music and an out of this world voice-and did not harass us with activism. Because there was no need to. What‘s gone wrong in the past 50 years? Mercy!

As a Pole I felt that, can't stand seeing our allies flag disrespected that way. I'd pick it up no time and fold it properly as it should be. No country's flag should ever touch the ground nor should it be hung under any other flag, its the flag of your motherland.
