Coercion is defined under the section 15 of indian contract act 1872. Committing or threatening to commit any act forbidden under the indian penal code or unlawfully detaining the property or threatening to detain any property prejudicial to the interest of that person with the intention of causing that person to enter into the contract.
Enforceable at the option of aggrieved party.


Undue influence is defined under section 16 of Indian contract act.
When one person is in a dominant position and is influencing the other person to enter into a contract.

Fraud is defined in section 17 of Indian contract act. When one party to the contract has made a wrong assertion with the intention to decieve the other and the other party who enters into such a contract based on false representation and suffered some loss
