I hope 18.3 fixes the screen issue where at times the screen becomes unresponsive

issues I've had on 18.2.1 and even earlier are screen freezing primarily in safari where it won't scroll, but everything else works. When taking a screenshot I don't get a preview image. My battery has been horrible, and even in low battery mode over night even in DND mode with only a couple apps approved. Had a few random resprings happen. Camera shutter speed is very slow, but never had the blank screen.

i updated from 18.2.1 to 18.3 on ipad pro 2022 and this touch unresponsive issue is here again…

If I try to set an automatation or a shortcut to turn the WI-FI on/off on my "15 Pro" nothing happens (iOS 18.2.1 european rom). May we call it bug?
