Braving the weather, January Sunday Scramble

It was an early start and like most I was unimpressed to take my classic ford to the first Sunday scramble of 2025
Freezing temperatures overnight and amber weather warning in place didn’t deter me from venturing out to Oxford .. Bicester is a liitle over an hour away for me
Starting out from Cambridgeshire through Bedfordshire wasn’t to bad but as I got closer to Mk and Oxfordshire there was a definite change
You could definitely tell on arrival most people have chosen to opt for a #dailydriver or a #4x4
Most of the brave were in #porches so no change there as #Bicester is a bit of a porker fest at the best of times
As you can probably tell I didn’t stay long as a Sunday roast dinner was awaiting and this was my first distance trip after a near 5 week recovery from an accident that left me with a broken wrist
