These are the intro and outro of the Russia-1 news program, Вести (or "Vesti"). In Russia the station is criticized for strong pro-government bias. There even is a periodically updated guidance for journalists that contains a list of topics whose coverage is forbidden — the list included topics such as anti-government protests, the downing of MH17 or even Queen Elizabeth II's anniversary.
