Star Citizen: Argo ATLS

Do the heavy lifting without breaking a sweat. The ATLS power suit helps you move heavy weight when manual loading isn’t safe but a vehicle isn’t practical, significantly increasing the strength, balance, and carrying capacity of its user. When the going gets tough, power through.

$40 buck is wild for what is essentially just a tractor beam.

12 years without it, can wait 6 months for it to be purchasable in game!

Nerf the tractor beam, charge $40 to get the full functionality back. Genius.

in a universe where tractor beams do the heavy lifting, why are exoskeletons needed?

Waiting for the Military version that "punches above its weight"

My journey as a star citizen backer -

2012 - oh wow a new wing commander style game from Chris Roberts!

2013 - oh wow a cool hangar with all my virtual ships in it!

2014 - oh wow a cool combat mode where I can fight space ships!

2015/16 - oh wow a cool star system to explore!

2017 to 2023 - man I wish there was more to do in this game. Development feels glacially slow, and a lot of the decisions made by the dev team seem baffling and designed to frustrate players...

2024 - ah, it's all been building up to this! A $40 tractor beam so the upcoming cargo gameplay is slightly less frustrating! What an incredible development in the world of video gaming! Star Citizen truly is breaking new ground!

Oh CIG. 15€ Warbound and 20€ regular and most everyone would be happy… but don’t become a Studio like Electronics Arts… It’s way to much.

For $40, it better come with a happy ending, because I feel people are really getting screwed on this deal.

This is classic predatory monetization. Devs create a problem for players in-game and then sell a solution. Real classy.
If it could be purchased in-game I wouldn't have much to say about it, but here we are.

DO NOT BE TEMPTED. This will be sold in game for CHEAP after a while. LTI on a non combat cheap thing like this makes no sense. DO NOT BE TEMPTED.
