I'm just learning this so please excuse my confusion. I believe you stated that the muscularis mucosae layer of the Mucosa contained the circular and longitudinal muscle layers responsible for peristalsis and segmentation. However, from my reading so far, I was under the impression that it was the Muscularis Externa layer that contained these layers. Would you mind clarifying the difference between the muscularis mucosae and muscularis externa when you get a chance? I am a huge fan of your videos. What an amazing resource you are providing!!
