Her questionable pattern of sentencing and decisions of child abusers is more than enough in my opinion to dismiss her right away. Her record is there and it speaks volumes of her character. She would be one of the worst seated in my opinion. And it has NOTHING to do with her skin color. My favorite Justice on the court for decades has been Justice Thomas. And last time I checked he was still black. Democrats will be sorry if she is confirmed. She is SO radical that she will not have the ability to pull Roberts over to the left. Court decisions will most likely swing to a 6-3 vote quite frequently. It will bite them in the behind and they are too myopic about race and gender they cannot even see it.
