I never know if these shorts are going to be educative or a mock to ad carries. Mostly both, mostly both.

ADCs role has basically become taxing enemy health pools. Your damage doesn't have a cooldown, so if anybody wants to do anything, then need to pay the health tax, and if the enemy presses all of their buttons and you're not dead, you deal more damage until their rotation comes back up and you die anyway.

The difference is that basic attacks have no cooldown.
