Pesto Cheesy Bread

Ingredients:
-1/2 of a French Bread loaf or something similar (we used an Italian Herb and Cheese Bread)
-1/2 cup pesto
-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-Shaved Parmesan Cheese
-Garlic Powder, Parsley, Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice bread in half lengthwise and cut through the half to form 2 pieces.
3. Spread 1/4 cup of pesto on each half. Top with cheese.
4. Sprinkle on garlic powder, dried parsley and red pepper flakes.
5. Bake about 10-15 minutes. Pro Tip: use the broiler for the last 2 minutes to get the cheesy really melted and golden brown on top!
