I love the perspective this video offers! It really makes me reflect on how much I’ve been putting off happiness for 'someday.' The idea that joy is found in the present moment resonates deeply with me. I’m inspired to prioritize what truly matters and let go of the guilt of living for myself. Thank you for such a powerful reminder!

Thank you the concept is so true, retirement is our time to live with the choice to make it work for fulfilling ourselves with happiness.
Since retiring in the second year, I began to embrace my life to do what makes me happy in this age as I don’t know what will happen next.
Thank so much for your input

Very good advice for living a long & healthy life.for Seniors, I am 86/ yrs old male. Single, Since I retired at age 65, I made a decision that life enjoyment is my priority. My life enjoyment is dancing & attending dance parties & still doing it to date. I dance 4 to 5 times a week for at least 2 hrs. To a variety of dancing styles such as as Ballroom dancing, Latin including Salsa & Bachata, West Coast swing, Argentine Tango, Hustle Etc.there is no point at this stage of my life to start new things since dancing itself is excercise, stimulate my brain, engage in social interaction. I have maintained my youthful rhythmic coordination, I move quicker than most guys in there 30’s 40’s, on the dance floor.

Thank you for your practical and helpful advice... a check list of things done and to do! I also joined a church (Christianity helps me to have hope, and find a right perspective); and a walking group; and two art clubs! One of the most important things I did was to pray for wisdom how best to take responsibility for my health, and so now after a few years of research, in my 70s I am not on any medication, I didnt catch covid and don't get colds, coughs, or 'flu! I eat responsibly: fresh food, mostly organic, and take vitamins, 'cultures' and herbs to build up my immune system. Eg Turmeric with black pepper has helped enormously. Hair analysis helped identify what causes tissue inflamation (arthritis) and diet deficiencies. Plus, I dont watch TV or listen to radio news... far too stressful, especially with the severe imbalance of bad news.

Why do you have an age range? I'm 78 and will, hopefully, live several more years. Life doesn't end at 75.

The advice given is wonderful with one caveat it is applicable only, to people with enough money . But what about, old people who can hardly make both ends meet? More over, happiness means different things to different people. The advice given by you is very simplistic and basic. In my opinion, people know what to do, it's all a matter of common sense.

It is time to train your body day by day. Strong old men live long happy life. Workout pain is time gained.
