Star Wars Rogue Leaders (Unreleased) Wii Trailer

Feast your eyes on gameplay from the completed -- but never released -- Rogue Squadron compilation for Nintendo Wii.

This game was never officially announced by its developer or publisher, but it was openly rumored as a title in production by those close to the game. Its fate was thrown into turmoil with the closing of development studio Factor 5 in 2008. Hopes for its release lived for a short time afterwards as negotiations continued on plans to finish the product with a partner studio. Despite this, the game sadly was never released.

This is also a rare case where I think the motion controls would have actually been a benefit. There was a chance they could have improved the on-foot sections in Rebel Strike by using them.

Star Wars Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader is IMO the best Star Wars Game ever made. I've never cared much about the Jedi/Sith Stuff, i'm in for the space battles, and that game sure delivered on that front!
