I’m so sorry for this family. The man who drove through them was a family member. There are so many people lately that just lose it over anything and I’m sure that this man must be feeling the sad and hateful truth this morning of what he has done. I’m begging all people with anger issues to see their doctor before they do something that they would regret. There are many medications and different strengths to curb their anger. No different than shooting or stabbing someone. And the car SHOULD be viewed as a gun or knife would be. Our justice system, under the direction of the lawyers who make up most of the congressional positions have now deemed this as the innocuous sounding "aggravated assault", rather than what it IS. Attempted murder. And district attorneys and criminal court judges routinely free these lunatics to continue their violent ways. For this, those DAs and judges are given a free pass. But let a cop, in defense of his life kill a criminal while the cop is doing his job, and no matter HOW righteous the decedent's death, the cop is charged with murder. DAs and judges, through their actions are responsible for FAR more death, and of innocents than cops are. We have flipped our morals, ethics, and integrity 180 degrees in the last few decades. Good is bad--bad good. Wrong is right--right wrong. Who reading this will be surprised if it turns out the suspect here has a lengthy record? Show of hands?
