Finally!! An answer to why Asian cultures have 5 elements. I first saw it in an anime probably 20 years ago. I also just realized Earth is earth (dirt) not the planet. Thanks Dato!

I am confused here.🤔 If there's no meaning to refer ' actual physical presence' of the said five elements, then what is the point doing the activities like ' fire activation' or 'water activation' or placing metal plate etc. and they really work. Further, said five elements are the core elements planet earth is naturally made of.
