Humba (Paa ng Manok)

3 tbsp. chicken oil
10 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1.5kg chicken feet (cleaned)
pepper to taste
1 tbsp. fish sauce
4 cups of water (or until chicken is submerged)

2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
