Integrated Slide Presentation for UDK

Simple example of rendering slides with custom font and images to the UDK HUD Canvas. This allows for presentations about game-based projects to be given within engine (no more switching inputs or .ppt).

All slides, layouts and transitions are written into a UDK ini and images and fonts are added into custom packages.
