The one change that you can make immediately is integrating public transportation into your schedule to delegate (some of) your driving. You may not be able to afford a chauffeur but you can afford to take the train twice a week and work or prep during your commute.

I use the park & ride when going into Seattle which is an hr drive +parking. Drive to the bus, pay about $3 each way and have an hr each way to decompress, work, or prepare myself.

My stepdad takes the train when commuting to Seattle daily. He drops his vehicle at the transit center downtown and hops on the train.

I'm telling you, adding public transport to my schedule even in small doses has made such an improvement in my quality of life.

I always think it is so funny to hear how someone knows about another person. I never seen Ryan on YouTube but I grew up watching him on Bravo. He was on a real estate show for about 10 years. So when I seen his show, I was like “OMG Ryan went out on his own!” The different platforms can bring different audiences and that’s interesting to see

I've been keeping an eye on your entrepreneurial path while navigating my own for years. We even hit the milestone of 100K followers on Instagram around the same time. However, after my wife and I welcomed our first child through IUI three years ago, I found myself drawn more to mom entrepreneurs, as having a child drastically changes your daily routine.

I've transitioned from being the face of my brand to building a team so I can be more present in my toddler's life. My goal is to become a millionaire for her future, but I also need to prioritize being there for her in the present, which means less time for content creation, meetings, editing, etc. (hence why there’s no new YouTube videos… leisurely enjoying summer with my family)

Either way, It's really reassuring to see you acknowledge this shift on your channel, especially during your pregnancy & I hope more women share their experiences with finding that balance because it’s definitely a challenge!

Congratulations to you & your Husband on your baby girl.. daughters are truly a blessing and becoming a mom provides you more purpose than you can ever imagine! 🥰💕
