Non-Motor/Psychiatric Features of Parkinson's Disease

Parkinson’s disease is a chronic, complex neurological disorder that involves multiple body systems. We know this to chiefly be a disease that complicates movement, but we have learned there are many other non-motor symptoms of this disease, which can be major determinants of quality of life. We will review these non-motor symptoms and discuss psychiatric manifestations of the disease to increase awareness and treatment.
