Even my two children who were attached at my hip, are now not even returning messages or calls. my children live with him. This is multigenerational mind steel. Narcissistic people are very verbal in their negative criticism of family members whom they perceive as having more authority than them. They MUST hold the position of the grand matriarch of the family and will wage a ruthless smear campaign and estrange certain family members to establish themselves into that position. There are many people who have survived childhood scary situations, trauma and abuse. This is no excuse for their ugly behaviors.

Oh I have seen the rant and meltdown many times. The narcissist I've encountered is a family member by marriage. I have known her most all of my life. She has always had a hair trigger temper. She has to be in control of everything and every situation. She tries to show and prove her dominance over others. She can only be "nice" for short periods of time. You can feel the tension build and you can tell right about the time she's going to explode. She gets so mad and so worked up over absolutely nothing that its bewildering to watch. I think narcissists should be on medication. Prozac, tranquilizers, a straight jacket maybe? lol. They are unreasonable, mean and vicious when they are on a rant. I finally walked away from this one. She's nuts. Shes 78 going on 7.

My Narco never drinks. But since I finally felt safe to call the Police I have 3yrs of Peace ahead of not having to see him unless its with Lawyers, probably won't see him until Court in the divorce, and no phone calls or texts. But he's getting me by not paying the rent or utilities. He kept me from working for 3 yrs so I have to go back to work. He'll be snide in his mind that I'll be suffering! But I'm not! He always knew he could start an episode by using my adult daughter and my Grandson. They hate each other! He always ruins Holidays. He ruined this past Christmas bcuz we had a Court date 2 days after Christmas so we were advised not to see each other. I couldn't go be with my sisters bcuz we were all sick. So my Grandson came over to eat dinner with me. So later my Husband started calling and texting to start crap and ended up doing the most disgusting thing! Saying I'm sleeping with my Grandson! He's hit an all time low!

This is probably a waste of me writing it but here goes nothing-
I would love to listen to your valuable information but instead I find myself reading it. The problem is that I can hear the narrator's heavy breath intake, at the end of every sentence. It's extremely distracting and after a while very annoying. I have mentioned it in comments before but obviously, humans are not reading, so nothing has been done to correct this
