I now understand why there's a disclaimer at the beginning of this talk. I'm a little wary of connecting Autism with a mother's negative state of mind. We need more studies and information to make this connection.

Now that my kids have grown, this talk makes me reflect on those early days. The sleepless nights, the lullabies, and the laughter. It's a reminder of the incredible responsibility and joy of shaping a human being.

I'm excited to take my baby on nature adventures during those early days. Fresh air, birdsong, and a touch of sunshine—because a healthy environment isn't just indoors.

"The brain and our nervous system is sensitive to all our emotions." That pretty much sums it up for me and why so many people are just living numb. Thats what you have to do when life is laid out for you.

Recently I've read Françoise Dolto and was amazed by a fact that babies can understand everything! And now the breakthrough, babies understand everything in wombs!

I saw this talk years ago when my daughter was pregnant and passed it on to her, I actually think there might be something to it because she took it very seriously and her son is the happiest ray of sunshine you've ever seen

"Network Wellness" this is a very powerful and intelligent overview that allows a lot of beliefs in. This is worth sharing and I am surprised this hasn't been seen by many more people.

I wish we paid attention to more studies like this, I feel like we are taking less time and care into the facilitation of life these days and it is SHOWING.

My heart goes out to all the babies growing up in war zones or refuge camps surrounded by so much trauma and noise.

Health is so much more than what our physical bodies are doing and honestly I think that our physical condition really mirrors our spiritual.

I’ve always loved music, and now knowing it can help my wife during her pregnancy just adds another reason to enjoy it.

He actually makes so much sense in terms of talking about how much more sensitive we are when we're younger.

Touch is such a powerful thing. I have no doubt that the isolation and social distancing that many experienced over the past 2 years which has reduced our human connectiveness has had a huge psychological impact. And watching this, I wonder how it impacted expectant mothers and their children.
