With changing federal and state regulations, new work-from-home employer mandates, navigating unemployment and disability issues and more, Workplace Fairness is your one-stop shop of important workplace rights information.

Workplace Fairness is a non-profit organization that provides information, education and assistance to individual workers and their advocates nationwide and promotes public policies that advance employee rights.
Our goal is to bring together workers, employers, advocates and policymakers to achieve fairness in the workplace, by building community awareness of workplace issues and promoting progressive changes in employment law, policies and practices.

As a small nonprofit with a big mission, we believe the fair treatment of workers is sound public policy and good business practice. We believe that free access to comprehensive, unbiased information about workers’ rights - without legal jargon - is an essential ingredient in any fair workplace.

● foster a community of advocates who believe that fairness works; and
● promote the fair treatment of workers through public policy.
