when i try to install the daemon it gives an error show it couldnt find necessary scaling governors

Hi i am using Kali Linux as a main OS on my MSI Laptop. some time i shutdown it on 40% battery then next day when i try to On my Laptop it's on for 4sec then it's automatically turn off. i try many time but it's doing same thing again and again. but when i put my laptop on charging and try to on it's on properly and immediately i check the battery % it's remaining 40%.
