Hundreds arrested, 45,000 police deployed amid fifth night of French rioting

Police in France have arrested more than 700 people during a fifth consecutive night of rioting.
But the French interior minister says the overnight violence on Saturday was much less intense than earlier in the week.
The unrest was sparked after a police officer shot and killed a teenager on Tuesday.
