Using PACE to implement energy efficiency

Показать описание
This 90 second video explains Property Assessed Clean Energy, or PACE, and how companies can use it to implement energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable energy projects on their buildings.
All manner of private for-profit and nonprofit property owners can use PACE financing, including office buildings, manufacturers, warehouses, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, private schools, houses of worship, apartment buildings - you name it!
PACE financing can be used for many energy conservation measures (ECM's), including insulation, caulking, HVAC systems, control systems, LED or other high efficiency lighting, windows, doors, white roofs, and much more. It can also be used to finance water conservation and water efficiency projects, including low flow, low flush, rainwater recapture, wastewater reduction, xeriscaping (low water landscaping), and much more. And of course it is ideal for financing solar thermal, solar photovoltaic, wind, biomass, geothermal, and other renewable energy generation.
The video is sponsored by Levin Energy Partners, LLC and Lean & Green Michigan, Michigan's statewide PACE program and energy finance marketplace. Lean & Green Michigan is a public-private partnership that is well along towards creating one big, efficient PACE market for the entire state of Michigan. All Michigan counties and cities may join for free. As of February 2014, six counties and two cities representing 37% of Michigan's population had already joined, and many more were in process.
