I took my Kumbi to Mumbo-Repairs, I like the guy and the way he's so passionate about cars but also helping his customers. Good luck Mumbo, Hope to see you soon to finish the work on my car. Regards Aubrey

Great show as always. First questions the writers needed a relality check, those budgets are just way too low, I like the suggestion that Mumbo gave but ultimately as a first time buyer you want something newer. On the third question, Alan and Siggies suggestions were mostly great(especially Siggies) the Venue is a crap family car, its only redeeming value is that its the only one in its class with a functional roof rail, after that it falls apart. The back is too cramped, the boot is too small to hold a pram and all the other necessities of baby life, forget about your stuff if youre taking a trip, the back seats dont even have a 60/40 split on some models. Anecdotally for what thats worth ive never seen more than two adults in them and I dont see them on road trips, only in the city. The Jolion is great in the back but the boot is disappointing for a car that size. It barely has an acceptable length and the height is atrocious if you have the load cover on, the boot floor also cant be dropped if it comes with the full size spare. The Fronx is the best new option as for its size the boot is decent but its deep so you will have to lift. The best option is the Vitara, the boot can split fold the rear seats, it has an adjustable boot floor, it can take a big single seat pram(the ones with a table) and have space for the baby and parents stuff and the base model engine is zesty and fuel efficient.

As always great show. But i have to distract with the Volvo advice thats a solid car I've had one for 8 years never had a problem with it except for the water pun that failed at 180k and cost another 1.6k to purchase from Ford👀 (same part) for peace of mind get a Volvo. Got mine at 112k now at 202k

For R100k, Id look for an nonM Sport E46 320d and use the change for a major service

For 100K, his best bet is to look for a Honda Accord 2.0L
