Interesting, I always thought RAM+ was a gimmick, but it clearly isn’t in this test! Thanks for doing this, Lover of Tech!

I'm a Samsung fan, but iPhone won in Adobe, optimization is too good for iPhone it's almost not fair.

Ben, your Super Speed test is impressive! To showcase the Galaxy S24 Ultra's true power, consider using a video editing app optimized for Android like Kinemaster. Adobe Premiere Rush isn't ideal.

You're the first person I've seen that proves the relevance of Ramplus. Everyone else always say to just disable it. Now I'm going to turn it back on for all my Samsung devices.

This video shows me that most tech reviewers don't know what they're talking about and go off of assumption. I can't count the number of times I've heard tech review and say ram plus was not beneficial in any way without any testing. I've seen other tests on this channel that disprove a lot of things that keep getting regurgitated by tech reviewers without testing. Big ups for doing this test.

I'm an android user but imma be honest, android sucks
It's hard to optimise things on Android
My snapdragon 8 gen 1 can't handle some games and tasks that my ipad 10th generation with an old a14 bionic chip can easily handle without any overheating and lagging
Ill be completely shifting to iOS like next year most probably

The whole speed test decided by one app not optimised on Samsung.. what an outlier

You should wait for each app individually to load on each device and open them at the same time. That gives us a better contrast between the two, because some apps were faster on the samsung, and some were faster on the iphone, but this style doesnt really let us know which. Also, export the exact same file to make it a fair test in adobe rush. Good video though, i like that you checked if everything was in memory. Apple has their own memory plus but its hidden from the user and it cant be turned off. Its called virtual memory, every pc and mac has it too. It uses storage temporarily as memory when ram is full 😀

the samsung home navigation needs to be swiped up twice b4 going to the home page, which cost it bit of micro secs, so i guess this would have been a lot closer if it just swiped once

Excellent test, would be curious if you did the same test without the Adobe rush. That app seemed to just bog down the ultra like no other. I've seen a lot of speed tests on the ultra ( Nick Ackerman ) and it's never had any issues reloading apps from RAM like this. That nuked the ultra.

I never really paid attention to RAM Plus before, didn't understand the need, but now I do. The reason why I buy Galaxy Ultra phones is because I actually use the SPen (Organizer Nerd), SPen (Occasionally), and Samsung's ecosystem with my tablet, Galaxy Buds and coming soon, Samsung laptop.

higher resolution is hard to render, I keep telling you that the iPhone is running at a lower resolution

Very nice video. I was just wondering if there is a way to not have slight time differences due to human error while opening and closing apps
