PLANNING TO BUY A BMW 3 SERIES G20 LCI 320i IN 2024? WATCH THIS!!

In this video, I will share my thoughts on why I bought the new 2024 BMW G20 LCI 3-Series and specifically the 320i, not the 330i or M340i.

After driving in for two months and over 5000kms, I will also share my thoughts as an owner on the things I love and hate about this car.

I have always loved BMW since I was a young chap and I was in a similar situation last year, hesitating between BMW 320i, i4 eDrive35 and Tesla Model 3. After some serious consideration, I went with the Model 3 LR AWD.

Trigger points:
1) Tax free. How often can we buy a brand new imported car in Malaysia tax free?
2) Performance. The hp and instant torque are insane, no more turbo lag. AWD too.
3) More refined and mature software and mobile app.
4) Audio system. It absolutely blows BMW out of the park.
5) Very spacious.
6) Peace of mind. There is no maintenance whatsoever for the car. No more service appointments yay!
7) BMW still has better handling but Model 3's handling is no slouch.

At the end it comes down to the i4 and Model 3 but Model 3 is still the better package IMO. However, I hope there's still chance in the future for me to own a BMW!

AB should spec the 320i LCI with Adaptive M suspension as standard, that would hv resolved the harsh ride problem as it did for the 330i.

For the brakes, the 320i comes with the standard one and the 330i and the 340i comes with the M Sport Brake, well of course then again, if you were to push it all the way up to the M3 comp, they will be on the ceramic and compound brake - which is way more expensive than the M Sport Brake. The adaptive suspension though, well, that's not really a deal breaker, just that drivers will have the option to select the comfort of the ride to be in sport or a comfort mode. Using it as a daily driver, the 320i should be sufficient, but if you want the best of both worlds, and you have some extra cash to burn, then get the 330i. The 340i however; to pay the additional near 100K for the performance boost, well, you're not going to have the car driven on the track to test its full potential, so omitting that, as per your say in the video is a good one coming. Have a go at the launch control if you have the chance. You'll definitely enjoy the ride more then.

Really loved the gear knob in the pre lci cant believe they took it away 🥲 loved the interior of the pre lci.

I think lci really did more on the outside, especially the rims, hated the ones on the pre, difficult to clean and ugly 😅 but loved the new lci rims.

Hi bro ....i just sold my G20 330i P.Blue 2022, main reason the car very stiff and hard. Now driving 2024 Harrier ..feel very comfy but under powered....some times missed the car but its ok....

I also like the m sport suspension but just only when I am alone. When fetching my gf or family seeing them suffers I hate it😢

Hi congrats on your new car! Is it true that although the suspension is on a stiffer side, it is already much better than the pre-lci 330i which many people complain about?
