The best of both desserts!! THE BEST CINNAMON ROLL CHEESECAKE. A super creamy cheesecake laced with pieces of CINNAMON STREUSEL It starts with a buttery graham cracker crust...Then alternating layers of cheesecake and cinnamon streusel , followed by a sweet and tangy cream cheese frosting. A marriage made in Heaven!!

Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
4 T brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
5 T melted butter

Streusel crumble:
1 cup brown sugar
1 T ground cinnamon
6 T flour
6T melted butter

Cheese cake filliing:
4 - 8oz Pkgs softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 T flour
2 t vanilla extract
5 eggs room temperature
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Hi Karen. _Well, I guess I'll have to try this, because it looks SCRUPTIOUS!_ There are so many flavor varieties of cheesecakes, but I had never thought of cinnamon roll! I know you mentioned spraying your pan next time before putting your crust and batter in, but if you forget, use a blunt knife (butter knife) to go around the edges *before* loosening the clamp on the spring form pan. I have a non-stick spring form pan and I still cut around the edges before releasing. Thanks again for sharing! Blessings, Mickey
