MHC Lunch-n-Learn Series, November 15, 2021: Financing Community Housing

The Tahoe Land Bank and Saint Joseph Community Land Trust (SJCLT) work in partnership to provide high quality dignified, permanently affordable homes and supportive programs for Lake Tahoe’s low and moderate income employees and residents. SJCLT’s model includes community participation, perpetual affordability of homes, and homebuyer education and support.
