T streak plate method of isolation | Part 2

T Streak plate method of isolation is a technique of isolation of pure culture of the microorganisms (mostly bacteria), from a mixed population. The inoculum is streaked over the agar surface in three sections in such a way that bacterial cell density gets diluted and we get isolated colonies.
