Three days ago, I was talking to a group of people about how bad Roblox moderation is and within a second, my voice chat gets suspended so I was so mad. Then another few seconds came in and I was banned for three days for “harassment” by Roblox. I had to make an appeal in the hopes that Roblox would unban me and they did (surprisingly) but instead of just unbanning me, they replace that ban with a warning for “misusing Roblox system”. First of all, how was I misusing Roblox’s system? Second of all, why didn’t they check the recordings? The second one I can answer, the moderators aren’t even checking the recordings at all! They’re just taking in reports and banning people unfairly.

Roblox really needs chat logs or vc logs, or if you want to report a vc harassment, you HAVE to take a recording of what they said and then you can properly report them.
Jesus, you can get reported for just saying hello and then you’ll get banned or suspended.

It's happened to me TWICE. First ban was kinda wanted because I swore, but the second one was for no reason. I'm banned for 3 days now.

This has been happening to me a couple times. I got my vc suspended around 2-3 times and it really sucks because I never swear and I make sure to not say anything inappropriate at all when I use vc and other people im in game with i sometimes see people saying slurs and break A LOT of the rules and they don't get banned/suspended. I wish that Roblox was better with their moderation.

I'm 17 and have voice chat on Roblox. Today a group of guys around 13-15 all started harassing me and my girlfriend for simply enjoying a game together. They called us edaters, slurs, all sorts of names. I of course resorted to being quiet because I didn't want to say the wrong thing and get banned. I reported them all and within a few minutes they were suspended, but one of them wasn't and I guess got a private dm about his other friends being banned and it was obvious it was because of me. As a result they mass reported me for getting their friend suspended and boom, my vc was suspended for a MONTH. I said no curse words, discriminatory language, nothing. All I did was talk to a friend and report them. Roblox needs to seriously fix this because I'm quitting. I've gotten warnings on my account that's well worth over five hundred dollars over some voice chat bullshit I wasn't involved in. Roblox needs a SERIOUS check on their moderation.
This confirms that yes, this unproper voice chat management is still ongoing. It is because they have a shitty bot that runs back through the voice chat conversations when someone is reported and makes constant misjudgments because it is poor AI. Roblox needs to change because this is ridiculous.

I literally got my account suspended IN A PRIVATE SERVER with my FRIENDS. Nobody flagged me or anything, I was just saying “hello can you hear me” over and over again.

Bro literally last week I was playing rblx vc and I literally wasnt talking, I was just listening to other people talk.Then afew minutes later I got a warning for "harassment" and I was in shocked because I didnt nothing!!Then 5 minutes later I got banned for 3 days for no reason AT ALL.I made an appeal and that didnt work.This moderation honestly needs to be fixed.This is my 5th time getting banned in 2 weeks for no reason at all.

Ive been wanting to get voice chat on roblox but ive remained skeptical as i've seen so many people getting accounts banned or terminated for it, and I really dont want to permanently lose my nearly 10 year old account...Especially considering ive been banned temporarily on that account before, so it wouldn't be the first time ive gotten banned

I literally just got a 5min suspension after playing a karaoke game and didn't say any bad words, maybe they hated my voice haha. but seriously the worst word I said the whole time was "heck" because I try my best not to swear on the vc
