Also you should heat up the back and front of the phone again after assembly and push slightly around the phone. Just to soften the adhesive again to make sure every place is glued correctly.

is it ok if you remove the battery first before connecting some flex connectors? because it is dangerous if the power is present on the board even it is turn off. it can cause shorts if you attach some connections.

I have bought new LCD displej assembly with front frame sticked together already. Do i need to separate LCD and frame in order to make the assembly again?

Thanks for the video! Why does the original screen that you take out on your other video have a black insulation on the back of it, but the replacement screen does not?

It means the metal back of the replacement screen touches the metal shield in between the screen and the motherboard. I tried three different replacement screens from different sellers in the same phone, all without insulating backing, and on two of them the digitiser randomly stops working or registers an input when there is none, then randomly works again for a little while. The third screen I tried had a broken LCD (lines across it), but the digitser worked perfectly all the time, so I don't think it is a problem with the phone. I'm curious why none of the replacement screens you can buy have the black insulating backing on them?

There's a sticker on the back frame with little connectors that allow the loudspeaker to work. The new frame I bought hasn't got it. Do you know where I can get it from?

Can't you connect the power button, shutter and headphone jack to the motherboard without taking the screen off? I can't find adhesive that's cheap...
