After speaking with these scammers for a while on the phone, I will typically ask them “When you were a child did you dream of being a doctor, a pilot, a teacher or somebody of value, or did you always dream of being a worthless dishonorable scammer your whole life?”

I once told a scammer that I had to go upstairs to get my social security card. Very slowlyyyy. I'm proud to say that I was able to keep him on the line for 13 minutes.

I gotta call from a guy pretending he's a bill collector for the water department. He said the bill was over due and the immediate payment was required befor they would shut off the water within next hour. I told him to shut off the water because the renter (dont have one) didn't pay his rent and i would appreciate it if he'd send someone to actually shut off the water. Nobody ever came. 😂

As a truck driver I drive LONG hours. I drive 8 hours before I have to stop for a break, and then I do so only because DOT requires it. As a result I get so bored. Suffice it to say, when a scammer calls me, I can lead them on for hours before finally tossing them out to move on to an audio book or something. Lol.
