For years, I have trained for health, preparedness, and to have some fun, ADVENTURES if you want to use that term. Often, I am asked to show what I do for training, and fun. So, the group I work with have decided to start producing these videos for training ideas for viewers fitness, and also for entertainment purposes. From mountains, to deserts, and even to far away tropical zones, my work and personal life has taken me on adventures. Now, I live in the SOUTH of the United States and there is much to do for training, so welcome aboard! Lets go!

Well John, I'm almost embarrassed to leave this comment but seeing the snapshot of you and Lily with her face on your shoulder and that cheesy look on your face. Actually brought some tears in my eyes. Boy, what an old softie I am... That picture took me from being mean and honry to just really happy for you guys. That's all I got to say

Those Sea life World's are awesome. Ive seen one with the big Sand Tiger Sharks. If you pay the centre enough you can dive with them lol. Have you ever tried S.C.U.B.A Diving? Those fire dancers really set the mood. I think they would be great at a beach party at night. Looks like you both had a great time :D Thanks for sharing
