Nice strategy which I'm using but differently. I just follow the trend and doing DCA in different levels. When the average goes up I lower my investment. When it goes down I multiply it.
In practice an enhanced/dynamic DCA with convex increase of buys when the price goes down. Concave decrease when it goes up.

What do you think about? Any serious book that you can recommend about this game set?

Basically a Martingale strategy with specified buy points vs. just doubling down each time after a certain percentage drop.

This is also a good example how dangerous this actually is. It could go down to a potential 6th range which you don't have. That draw down will mean liquidation on positions if isolated, or account if using cross leverage

Why not average up while a market is going up? Averaging down is basically expensive, going against the trend.
