▶️Ingredients:
✔ butter - 150 g
✔ sugar - 80 g
✔ 1 medium egg
✔ flour +/- 310 g
✔ baking powder - 1 tsp.
✔ a pinch of salt
✔ vanilla

▶️Cooking:
✔ Separate a part of the egg white.
✔ Add salt, sugar and vanilla to the butter.
✔ Beat with a mixer for four minutes.
✔ Add the egg.
✔ Beat for one minute.
✔ Combine the flour and baking powder.
✔ Add to the butter.
✔ Knead with your hands.
✔ Divide into two parts.
✔ Place in a baking bag.
✔ Place in the fridge for half an hour.
✔ Roll out the dough into a layer four millimeters thick.
✔ Use a mold to make the dough pieces.
✔ Remove the middle with a custard trowel.
✔ Grease with egg white.
✔ Sprinkle it with peanuts.
✔ Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
✔ Bake for fifteen minutes at three hundred and fifty-six degrees Fahrenheit.
