How to Fix ELDEN RING Easy Anti Cheat Error Failed To Initialize The Game Launcher
Step 1) Add the Game Launcher folder to this location C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\EasyAntiCheat\GameLauncher
Step 2) Verify the game files
Step 3) Repair Easy Anti Cheat
Step 4) Try launching game using start_protected_game exe, launch game as administrator from game installation folder
Step 5) Disable Steam Overlay
Step 6) Uninstall or install the latest version of Epic Games Launcher
Download the Epic Games Launcher From the Epic Games Store

I was able to run the game after copying your files to the Game Launcher folder but I got "Inappropriate activity detected" message upon launching the game and was unable to go online.
Tried to Repair the EAC but the installer won't launch for me. Tried every other fix described in the internet and this one worked for me in the end (applicable for Win11 not sure about other versions):
Go into the Settings -> Time & Language -> Language & region -> Administrative language settings -> Advanced -> Change the the system local standard -> tick the beta version -> Reboot -> we finally can play online!
