Contact Attorney, Gregory M.Rada:

Gregory M. Rada, Attorney at Law, specializes in VA disability compensation appeals for disabled veterans and Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) appeals for surviving spouses. Mr. Rada gives legal counsel to veterans who are unable to work due to injuries and disabilities sustained while on active duty.
As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Rada, can relate to his clients, and as a disabled veteran, he also has special insight into the disability claims process. His experience was a drawn-out ordeal that took eight years from initial claim to completion, so he understands the consequences of filing a VA disability claim without adequate preparation or legal counsel. In fact, Mr. Rada eventually hired a fellow VA benefits lawyer to bring his appeal to a successful conclusion.
With this unique experience, Mr. Rada sympathizes with those who have to wait years and even decades for their claim to be approved – and strives to help expedite those claims to get disabled veterans the financial support they deserve.

I’m an independent contractor. I get a phone call and either take a delivery job or say I’m not an available. What would you say about that shelter wise?

Other than saying 200K is too much money to earn annually, it seems the Court punted the court case way down the field in this decision.

Hi guys, I just found your channel today and really like your content! I'm a vet with TDIU, I'm just wondering: can my spouse have income of her own? Will her income count against me as total household income or some nonsense? I never know how the VA thinks or judges us.

I'm at 80% with 1 disability rated at 40%. I am no longer working due to the pain I must endure from my service connected disabilities. All of my disabilities are musculoskeletal except tinnitus. What are my chances of getting TDIU?

Hello, I retired 2 years ahead of plan due to anxiety and stress that is service related (left a six figure income 2 years early). I am waiting for the rating now for the anxiety. Also am 10% tinnitus and 60% hearing loss. C&P examiner stated I should apply for TDIU and I intend to. Regarding incomes I have retirement coming in around $900 per month plus SSI at $3000 before taxes. Do you think I have a standing to get TDIU?
