Republicans fight Democratic challengers to keep Senate majority

Control over the White House is not the only thing on the ballot Tuesday. Republicans hold a narrow four seat majority in the United States Senate, a majority that leader Mitch McConnell says he has a 50-50 chance of holding. Nancy Cordes reports.

Mitch McConnell refused to hold a hearing for presidents Obama’s nominee because McConnell believed since it was an election year the voters should decide which presidential candidate should pick the next justice. But just hours of after justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s death during President Trump’s administration and two months before a presidential election, McConnell said that president Trump’s candidate would get a vote on the senate floor. So, it would seem that McConnell has different rules for races or for political parties or both. Perhaps Mitch McConnell, at the age of 78, just had a senior moment and forget what he said four years ago.

Once again, we are faced with the lesser of two evils. Unless you want the 1st and 2nd amendment stripped away, socialized healthcare, massive tax increases & American jobs to be pushed overseas in record numbers due to a drive for globalization we have to vote Republican across the board. Sad to say, but it's true. What has happened to the Democratic Party? The crazies are steering the ship in that party currently. I sure hope that changes soon.

When you choose a party or politician you are going to vote for - think and consider what THEY benefit from and not what they promise you.

Statistically more people with law income vote for Democrats, especially those who receive public benefits and medical insurance from the Government.

And more people from the middle class and higher income vote for Republicans.

Naturally, Democrats want more people to have law income and Republicans wish more people to be part of middle and higher income class.

Which means that Democrats don't want Trump to bring jobs back from China. The more good jobs available – the more people become independent of social benefits.

People of working age who receive social benefits know well that even little increase in income could cause them to lose food stamps, eligibility for subsidized housing and even for medical insurance. Obviously there should be top limit of the income for eligibility for public benefits, but it seems that laws are designed to prevent people from earning higher income and to keep them on government programs.

The only way to revive the US economy and increase prosperity of American people is to bring back industry, manufacturing – that which had been sent to other countries for decades. Millions of jobs were lost to China and other countries.

But Democrats talk about the Green New Deal, about closing the different types of industries which will cause many more Americans to loose their jobs.

Why?

Democrats don't want us to succeed and be independent.

Democrats promise their voters more social benefits and more government programs - they are interested to make more people dependent on government programs and keep them on those programs for generations – they need more VOTING SLAVES.
