Maybe don’t drug test anymore, not sure why ending this practice is such an issue or why anyone cares why anyone uses or how they use it. Weed don’t hurt anyone, no one has ever died from weed use exclusively. It’s discriminating behavior and cruel and unusual punishment, harms employers, or if someone pops positive just ignore the weed result. And why not just tell the government to get bent and to shove their drug policies up their ass.
