The animation wasn’t made for a game, it was originally made in blender by a guy named Stavich. For those of you wondering how the bullets managed to go into the fire group, Stavich had said in the description of his video “Story time. One day I went to the shooting range, shot their MP5 (made in Afghanistan iirc) for like 5 minutes, when out of sudden it stopped working. It turned out that somehow, right under the sheer pack there were 2 live rounds, just casually blocking the trigger like it was regular Tuesday for them.
This situation inspired me to roughly recreate it in first person” he had also said “At least there shouldn't be one. It was a range gun, and the instructor that was fixing it with me, mentioned that this gun is far from the original HK product, as it originated from Afghanistan, as mentioned in the video description. My guess is that internal parts were dodgy and different from original HK enough so that they allowed some irrational malfunctions like these. It's not meant to say the animation is bad, it's just anyone who has tried to work on their gun while standing and wearing gloves has experienced those tiny pieces slipping out of your fingers, and anyone in the military has experienced spending hours looking for a friend's retaining pin they dropped in the grass.
