Esther chapter 4 is a key turning point in the story - Mordecai urges Esther to use her position with the king to plead for the lives of her people, the Jewish people who Haman has set out to destroy. The only problem is, Esther hasn't been invited into the king's courts for 30 days, and by going in uninvited she could be killed. Mordecai speaks into this hesitation with some key words, perhaps some of the most famous words from the entire book of Esther. Much hinges on this decision, and on what Esther will choose to do next.
