It would be interesting to know at which project scale AlloyDB gives an edge over a traditional postgres setup. Also there must be some drawbacks of having a distributed storage no?

Thanks a lot and this is what I was looking for. Is there an autoscaling facility like Spanner in alloyDB or any plan. We use spanner and cloudSQL heavily.

Very informative. I have created a alloydb auth proxy client with in the VM instance to access alloydb database through terraform for dev, qa and prod environment. In case a VM reboots, and to prevent a downtime of db access, how to enable auto startup service of alloydb instance ?

por dios pero expliquen como usarlo no hay informacion de nada, no hay nada de informacion como se conecta si tengo mi app? como conectarlo desde la webapp???? expliquen por dios algun tutorial o documentacion que enseñe como conectarlo con la webapp, llevo una semana intentando conectar alloydb omni con una webapp y no hay informacion solo errores...
