I'll never forget popping in the VHS for Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey and seeing this awesome music video play before the movie did. What a great way to hype me up for the movie. A huge high mark in my childhood. I really wish it was included as an extra for the DVD and Blu-Ray release.

Let me set my story up:
Age: 12
Occasion: Sleepover for my best friends birthday
Comment: Never saw the first movie as of that moment
Memory: Inserting the VHS into the VCR and the opening was this video....My parents and my household nor most of my friends did not even know what a music video was before this moment.
The Effect: about 7 of us immediatley became addicted and wanted to know more of what this was, what was this?
Reflection: I love this song because of the moments listed above....and every note has a memory, literally, it changed our lives, 1 year later we had a garage band, we loved music, this night changed our lives.

Was it a great movie: It was to us that's all that mattered.
Why did we think it was great? because it was like nothing we had ever seen before, and our parents hated it. nuff said!

I recently bought this movie on vhs 📼 and you’re right.. this music video does hype you up!! 🤘🏼My son and I watch this flick on our old Sony trinitron crt tv and have a good ole time. I just bought Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey on DVD, I still have a vhs tape that is about as old as me. "Shout it out" is only on the vhs copy.
