I went to the library and they had my cars repair manual. So I checked it out then made copies on my flatbead scanner of the important sections so I don't have to keep checking it out.

That was a good one..."The Wizard of Oz", lol. We used All Data in automotive school, and I believe it is the best. Also, love your videos. Take care and God bless.

At my automotive school we called all data "some data" because it doesn't always tell you everything but it is very helpful and a lot better than Mitchell.

I've used alldata before on my old Chevy.  It was a reasonable price and the diagrams were good -- you could zoom in really close.  I thought it was well worth the sub. price.

What a great piece of information you gave me, Scotty. Would you be able to suggest any software that could be used to assist?

I always wondered how shops knew how to repair every make and model that rolled up to their door. For me I join an internet forum for each model I own plus buy a repair manual and it helps myself out tremendously. But Alldata does look extremely helpful.

We used that at the shop I worked at. Wish I could afford it for all cars, since it is a great tool. Maybe when I get a garage built, I can get enough work to pay for it. Even if that's all the work paid for, it would be well worth it since I do all my own work and finding things online is not always easy otherwise.
