Beautifully said. One of the tricks and keys in anxiety/depression ruts is that we easily start thinking that it's required to habe your peace and sanity back so you can do things. In fact part of the key lesson is exactly the opposite: learn to start "living" and doing things again "before" you feel better.
When our expectations and decisions are dictated by our feelings, life will simply be a rollercoaster...on a crash-course.
