Yes it is also good for those who want to reduce weight coz As comparing to Rice it have more nutrition which keeps you full for longer period.
Mixed suji with hot water & salt and keep it in a flame for 5 minutes
Time to time scroll it and it will be the paste same as 'Hulwa' which you can eat with meat or vegetables
All of Africans they are eating this meal which calls "Ugali" and see their physics, how muscular they are??
