I would love to bake everything keto in a pan that doesn't have to be lined with parchment and greased and sprayed. I've had my eye on your Coconut Bundt Cake for months but haven't attempted to make it yet because my pan is so old it's starting to chip. I'm 62 now so you know it's been well used over the years. We've just moved and downsized quite a bit and I was thinking it would be nice to have a few new pans. I did just buy a new spring form pan but haven't gotten anything else yet and never had a USA pan so maybe today will be my lucky day! Thanks Carolyn for all the wonderful recipes! 🥰

I have enjoyed cooking/baking since I was in kindergarten! For Christmas when I was 5 I got a Betty Crocker little girls baking set complete with pans and little girl size cake, cookie, pie and waffle mixes. My grandmother who lived with us let me help her bake cookies, pies, cakes, biscuits while I stood on a kitchen stool to reach the countertop. I have baked almost all my life. OMG... I don't have any of those pans. I've always wondered what brand you used. I love your keto sites and you tube videos.. I probably have 100s of your recipes printed and in a binder that we refer to. I can never find an 8x8 pan anywhere. I've searched all of my local stores. I haven't tried any of your Bundt pan recipes because I don't have a Bundt pan that is nonstick and I get so frustrated when it sticks and ruins my dishes. I'd love to try the keto coconut Bundt cake for my husband. We've done keto over 2 years and we've each lost 40 pounds. We feel amazing and it's all thanks to you and your generosity... Luv your recipes!! I’m known for my baking, I learned at the elbow of my paternal grandma. Since going Keto two years ago, baking has seriously been stopped. I want to be more proficient in my keto baking. Daily meals I'm good with, but I am almost leary of trying anything keto to bake. Love the fact that there is a ceramic coating on the baking set! Just made a regular bundt cake yesterday out of my stone bundt pan and you are exactly right -- took me several swipes around the pan and in the center, plus, I had to litterally slide my fingers around the cake just to loosen it. Thankfully, the cake was not too damaged when it finally popped out. Thanks Carolyn. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE YOUR RECIPES!!! Keto is so much easier with them. Thanks so much!

I and my granddaughter started keto a couple of months back. I have diabetes, high blood pressure etc.. plus I just had surgery to correct a hip problem. My granddaughter gained a lot of weight when she lost her job during covid in 2020 plus she was depressed and had anxiety issues. She and I started keto to help our situations. Luckily I have a husband and she has her fiance. Both have joined us and supported us on our journies together. What do we all have in common. A sweet tooth and we have tried a lot of recipes from your bakery and breakfast. Delish! So far yours has been the best in the bakery department.
