Is it possible to create hair cards with afro hair?

if at all possible can you make a tutorial with brick for using character creator 4s premade scalps to generate hair in blender for use in CC4?
Including how generate individual separate sections.

What if I want to create draidlocks or braided hair? Should I create an initial braided shape for a card and then instance it or do I go with a simple plane card and just tweak the settings inside the braid hair modifier?
